Enjoy Oct 2025 harvest highlighted by a flavor profile of green grass aroma, banana and apple flavors , also herbs and green grass. Low bitterness and medium/high spiciness at the ended. This oil has a very Complex flavor profile as the oil has two Olive varieties of my farm Arbequina and Hojiblanca – and when harvested they are green so the flavor profile is intensely wonderful. The bitterness and pungency are perfectly balanced!!
