Enjoy the Oct 2025 harvest of Picual from my farm. This olive oil is very heat stable and can be used for frying as well. Total Polyphenols of this oil is 685 mg/kg – a very high content. Oct 2023 was the first year we got this Picual harvest from our farm which was planted with Picual trees in the year 2018.

Oil is characterized by flavors of green medium intensity, tomato vine, grass, clean fresh smell. Medium bitterness and spicy at the end. This year this oil achieves a very good balance

Olives are green when harvested so polyphenols are intact
