Just mentioning it makes our mouths water! A very special recipe, caramelized onions are cooked over a very, very low heat so they caramelize in their own sugars. To give them a touch of distinction, the onions are reduced them with balsamic vinegar. The onions don’t lose their properties once cooked, so they retain all their vitamins. You can use caramelized onions in countless recipes.
Ingredients:
Onion, caramel, balsamic vinegar,citric acid.
It is available in 210g formats.
Suggestions: special meats, hamburgers, goat cheeses, fish, etc.
Suggestion: Baked cod with caramelized onions and raisins.
