I will be on vacation the whole month of May 2025. Any new orders received will be fulfilled after my return on June 5th 2025. Subscribers will keep receiving their subscribed products in my absence.

After a long set of delays the 2024 harvest oil has finally arrived to me . Very excited to share the taste profile of the two oils – very spicy and very herbaceous. Testing performed at the Jaen lab that is IOOC certified gave us very pleasing results and here I will share the results —Blend (blend of green Arbequina and green Hojiblanca – the Yellow label) Acidity – 0.15% Total polyphenols – 458 mg/kg —Picual (the green label) Acidity 0.13% Total Polyphenols – 509 mg / kg As always thankful and grateful to all who helped me with the 2024 harvest the farm team and the milling and exporting team without them it would not have been possible for me to get this wonderful oil from my farm to you

This is the much-awaited season of our annual harvest, and we look so much forward to participating in this event . We leave for Spain Oct 5 and we will be there till Nov 9 returning back to the Charlotte Farmers Market on the weekend of Nov 16th This year was a second year in a row with severe draught and it looks like the harvest is not going to be too much . As always we farmers have to deal with the adversities of nature with a big heart and warm gratefulness.

Welcoming the arrival of my Harvest 2023 oil. Also welcoming the first ever harvest of the Picual olive oil from my farm. Picual ‘s were planted in the year 2018 and they are still quite like babies but they managed to produce enough to make 100 bottles of 500 ml and 100 bottles of 250 ml. This is a very High polyphenol olive oil variety of Spain. Polyphenols are anti-oxidants which are recommended to be consumed for cardio vascular health benefits. Oil production was less in 2023 as it was in the rest of the Mediterranean world but the oil flavors are phenomenal, very fruity and still herbaceous tones of green apples and green grass … and the color of the oil is rich green almost emerald like because the chlorophyll content right now is high. The chemical analysis was performed in a IOOC certified lab in Jaen, Spain and here are the results Almeria Gold Coupage Acidity 0.15% Total Polyphenols 223 mg/kg Almeria Gold Picual Acidity 0.13% Total Polyphenols 397 mg/kg
Oct 2023 Harvest
Excellent time in Spain. We did not get a huge amount of oil as all around the Mediterranean world olive crop was less and so was ours. But the oil that we have produced is absolutely excellent. This year we have our own Picual production Test Results show the Coupage (blend of Arbequina and Hojiblanca) has Total Polyphenols 223 and the Picual has Total Polyphenols 397. Acidity for the Coupage is 0.15 %and Acidity of the Picual is 0.13% . We are very happy that we have started producing our own Picual and has an excellent taste profile.

OIL has finally arrived. It had a long long long voyage from Spain. Some logistics delays are still going around the world and my oil had to be on ocean waters for longer. But today Jan 31st 2023 we finally received our shipment. Now we are looking forward to this year’s selling season to come soon. Oil is rich, intensely fruity tastes like apples and almonds and is spicy at the end. Polyphenols are 347 mg/kg for the Almeria Gold Coupage
Oct 2022 Harvest
Oct 2022 Harvest went well with this year the harvest being really bumper harvest. Thanks to Glenn and team and all the people who devoted their time and effort for the farm work. Much appreciated. For us personally we look forward to go to Spain to be there with our wonderful trees and to spend some precious time with a few close people of Spain to us now. Oil will be expected sometime late Dec 2022 to early Jan 2023

Excellent news to share with all. My premium green olive 2021 harvest oil just arrived on 1/11/2022. Excited to share with you the wonderful taste my liquid green gold has – fruity, nutty and slightly spicy. Since Olive trees are biennial in nature this year the harvest was a bit shy but the taste is still good. Hojiblanca olives that give the spicy flavor were a little less in harvest. As you all know my product is absolutely nature’s craft. What i get I simply bottle it for that year. The chemical profile is too good. Acidity is 0.1% and Total Polyphenols are a whopping 368 mg/kg In case a regular supply of my oil is required by the cook in you – better idea would be to subscribe to my oil Enjoy !!!!

Start of 2019 harvest. It is always fun to land in Almeria and go straight to the farm,So much activity and fun to comb the olive laden trees by hand. Air is crisp and this we were lucky that we did not get any rains and the sun was bright. Farm is a spectacular sight with it being surrounded by blue mountains. Oct 2018 Post Harvest
Had a bumper harvest, all premium green olives. The olives were so green that their oil was not more than 16 %. Then we use a state of the art FDA registered cold press oil mill, which further reduces the oil content to 14 %. Our oil is always first press and since it is so green, the oil is gourmet oil and boutique quality. Oil is now bottled and is almost getting ready to be shipped and will be available for sale before XMAS 2018. We are so excited to have this great moment in our life.
