The figs are picked at their peak ripeness, requiring them to make a batch every three days throughout the harvest. This jam has the least added sugar, as figs are a very sweet and flavorful fruit. Eating it evokes memories of freshly picked figs, resulting in a spectacular jam for all your senses. It’s a jam to be savored.
