Description

Enjoy the best of our Oct 2025 harvest in one set. This bundle includes two 250ml bottles of cold-extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil directly from our farm in Spain – 1x Picual and 1x Coupage. It’s the perfect way to experience two distinct profiles side by side.

The Picual is our most sought-after Spanish variety from trees planted in 2018. Harvested green to keep polyphenols intact, it has a very high polyphenol content of 685 mg/kg and is very heat-stable, perfect for frying as well as finishing. It offers green medium intensity, tomato vine, grass, and a clean fresh aroma with medium bitterness and a spicy finish. Supply is very limited.

The Coupage is our NYIOOC Gold Winner 2020 and Silver Winner 2023, 2022, 2021, 2019 – a blend of Arbequina & Hojiblanca. Also harvested green, it has a complex and wonderfully balanced profile with green grass aroma, banana, apple, and herbs, low bitterness and medium/high pungency at the end.
